Shipping Information
Our Customer Service hours are from:
Monday - Thursday, 8:30 AM to 6 PM (EST);
Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM (EST);

FREE SHIPPING takes between 2-7 working days from the order date. This offer applies to the United States, Canada as well as Other Countries. For European orders, a $30 fee will be added. For other international destinations, additional charges will apply according to destination. If shipping is a problem to some international destinations, Dimarco Creations can refuse to ship the merchandise and will notify the customer immediately. Your order confirmation will be sent directly to you via e-mail (by phone or fax if no e-mail address is provided). Please double check that the ship to address given is correct, otherwise a $15.00 charge will be applied should we have to re-send the merchandise. Please contact us if you do not receive your order confirmation within 24 hours after placing your order.

Dimarco Creations uses an overnight courier service when shipping Canadian/US orders. Please make sure that before you sign for your package, that you ensure that it is not damaged in any way. Dimarco Creations is not responsible for theft or loss of merchandise once you have signed for it.
